Oceans Sleep Terms of Use

These terms cover the Oceans Sleep app, made by MERVS PTY LTD (ABN 13 651 942 942), 17 Central Street, Labrador QLD 4215, Australia. By using the app you agree to them.
The free app: sounds, sleep tracking, sleep scores, the alarm, logging and the dream journal are free to use.
Oceans Sleep Pro: a subscription that adds the morning dream reflection and the Friday weekly report. It costs A$7.99 a month or A$49.99 a year, or the equivalent shown in Google Play in your country.
Free trial: new subscribers get 7 days free. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you're charged. One free trial per Google account.
Renewal and cancelling: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions). Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Fair use: to keep Pro working well for everyone, readings are limited to a few per day.
AI readings: dream reflections and weekly reports are written by AI from what you log. They offer possibilities, not facts, and can be wrong. They are for curiosity and self-reflection only.
Not medical advice: Oceans Sleep is a wellness app, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you're worried about your sleep, your mood or recurring nightmares, talk to your doctor.
Alarms: we work hard to make the alarm reliable, but phones can stop apps in the background, run out of battery or be muted. Don't rely on Oceans Sleep as your only alarm when waking on time is critical.
Using the app properly: don't misuse the app or try to interfere with its service.
Changes: we may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so in the app before it applies. The price of an active subscription won't go up without notice from Google Play.
